Plugin updates are available in your WordPress admin dashboard the same minute they are published by me on the Plugin Directory.
Generally, I recommend to install any update as soon as possible for security and performance reasons. It is important to always use the latest version.
WordPress by default checks every 12 hours for new updates but you can use Toolbar Extras plugin to check manually: go to Site Group > Force Check Updates to enforce the manual check.
