The admin settings page for Toolbar Extras got an overhaul with version 1.4.0. This was done to improve usability and overall user experience.
The following changes were made:
- Settings toggles where needed – to only show settings needed in the current context
- Better separation of settings sections, separated by topic/ context
- Improved whitespace
- Improved colors & branding for plugin
- Extended help tab section: with new tabs, and way more content
- Preparation for new features, plus upcoming Add-Ons for Toolbar Extras
- Submenu for “Tools”: “Toolbar Tools”
- Settings tabs shortcuts added to user profile settings
